Yes . We require a down payment. We’ll confirm pricing with you before any reservation is honored.
Can I get a rental car while my vehicle is being serviced?
Yes. We’ll confirm availability and daily rate when we contact you.
How long does a standard service take?
Most essential services are completed within 2–3 hours. If we’re also completing repairs, we’ll give you an updated time estimate once we’ve inspected your vehicle.
What if you find extra issues during the service?
We’ll send you a report and call you with options and clear pricing. We’ll never proceed with additional work without your approval.
What do I need to bring for a rental car?
Please bring your driver’s license, payment card and any additional driver details. Age, license and deposit requirements will be confirmed when we finalise your booking.
